Beautiful one owner example with mere 427 original miles. Built by Vintage Speedsters in California.

Just displayed on the Ritz Carlton Hotel golf course during the 2020 Amelia Island Concours D'Elegance Cars & Coffee, where big crowds gathered around this little Speedster. (See event pictures in gallery). Anywhere from teenage girls taking selfies with it, to hardcore Stuttgart car enthusiasts who couldn't tell at first glance if they had a replica or a fully restored, quarter million dollar car in front of them.

You will see blurred Porsche emblems on these photos but trust us; they are there!

Truth is, this Vintage Speedster replicates the looks of the original one but most importantly, the sounds and the driving experience.

SOME HISTORY:

Completed by Vintage Speedsters in 2017, this example has been driven a handful of times and and it has remained in display inside its wealthy owner's office since new; right by his desk.

No expense spared during the construction of this Speedster, including a highly accurate undercarriage as well as very detailed engine bay showcasing its 1,600 cc dual carburated, air cooled engine.

COSMETICS:

This vehicle only has 427 miles on it and it has been stored inside an air conditioned facility since new. As a result, it presents like a new car would.

Immaculate paint job and pristine saddle leather covering the bucket seats, dashboard and rear shelf. Not a single flaw on all leather surfaces and even the driver's seat is perfect without any wrinkles.

Carpeting is perfect without any signs of wear.

Brand new Pirelli tires on perfectly polished wheels and a carefully detailed engine bay where dust and grime are simply non existent. The same applies to the undercarriage where all factory paper tags remain intact.

Canvas top in perfect shape. Plastic windows (rear and sides) are scratch free.

A set of removable, unused glass windows is also included with the sale.

MECHANICAL:

Virtually a new car with all components functioning as intended. This vehicle was optioned with a very powerful air conditioning and heating unit, which allows you to drive in comfort regardless of outside temperatures.

- Fresh oil/filter change,
- New spark plugs, and
- Break-in valve clearances inspected and adjusted per VW specifications. All of this completed in April of 2020.

This Speedster replica doesn't need anything to reward you with many years of happy motoring.
